There is a big and spacious, well ventilated library in our school. There are total 1875 books in the library. Books are available both in Hindi and English languages. Newspapers of english and Hindi also comes everyday in the library, including employment news along with 16 magazines. Besides this two encyclopedia-
1 Britanica
2 Encarta are also available in CD ROM.
Library Services: There is a facility of issuing books on different subjects to teaching, non-teaching staff as well as for the students also. For the development of reading habits, books are issued weekly for the students from class VI -
XI. They are also encouraged to write the book-review. |

For classes I -V , there is a facility of class library in which they are provided books both in Hindi as well as English languages which includes pictures and stories written in simple languages.They are also encouraged to read loudly to inculcate good reading habits.
Moral based poem and stories are narrated to the students.
Overall- Library is one of the main parts of the school which
inculcated reading habits in all the students under the guidance of Shri Bhagwan Dutt, Librarion. |
| Reading Room |
Under the able supervision of Dr.K.N. Jha(TGT-Skt.) reading room is being utilized to its maximum.
There is a room in our vidyalaya in which every modern facilities are available.Through this reading room moral values for their lives are being taught. Students from class VI to X go to this room and study different material in different subject through both the languages. Newspapers, magazines and story books such as " AMARCHITRA KATHA, PANCH TANTRA" are circulated class-wise to improve the understanding . To increase the reading talent, students are divided into different groups. Student enhance their vocabulary and reading skills by interacting in English, Hindi and Sanskrit. Students are taught through project also. Shabda roop, Dhatu roop , upsarg, use of pratyay and apvyay words are taught through cassettes. Dance, drama and mono-acting are practiced through cassettes, computer and tape-recorders, antakshri and other competitions are being conducted in this room by dividing the students in four groups. To develop their speaking skill and vocabulary, students are prepared through interacting in different languages.

| Maths Lab |
It is general
belief that Mathematics is a difficult subject and that the subject is meant only for persons of higher mental ability and higher intellect.
In order to make Mathematics an interesting subject a
joyful experience, A Mathematical laboratory has been setup in
K.V-2 Sirsa.Which helps the students to understand the concept
clearly and provides them platform for creativity. As we all know establishment of Mathematics Lab. has been made mandatory by CBSE from the current session and 20% marks have been earmarked for Lab. Work.The Mathematics Laboratories in this vidyalaya has been made by activity of students with the help of Teacher, which helps towards joyful learning. Charts and Models are being made by students.
The list of related material in the Vidyalaya Mathematics Lab. is as under: -
1. Geometry box for demonstration by the teachers.
2. Graph chart on plastic sheet with proper hangingarrangement (for demonstration by the teachers).
